1. Online Food Delivery Service


1.1 BOXFOOD is an online platform that enables Users to place


orders for food items from various restaurants ("Participating


Restaurants") for delivery.


1.2 Users can browse menus, select items, and place orders


through the Platform. The orders will be fulfilled by the respective


Participating Restaurants.


2. Payments


2.1 All payments for orders placed through the Platform will be


processed by Razorpay ("Payment Processor"), our third-party payment


gateway provider.


2.2 Users are required to provide accurate and complete payment


information to the Payment Processor. By submitting payment details, Users


authorize BOXFOOD and the Payment Processor to charge the specified amount for


their orders.


2.3 BOXFOOD is not responsible for any errors, fees, or charges


imposed by the Payment Processor. Users are advised to review the Payment


Processor's terms and conditions for more information.


3. Delivery


3.1 BOXFOOD will make reasonable efforts to ensure the timely


delivery of orders. However, delivery times may vary based on factors beyond


our control.


3.2 Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery


addresses and contact information. BOXFOOD will not be held liable for any


delays or unsuccessful deliveries due to inaccurate information provided by


Users.


4. Order Changes,


Cancellations, and Refunds


4.1 Users may request changes or cancellations to their orders


before they are accepted by the Participating Restaurant. Once an order is


accepted, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.


4.2 Refunds for cancelled orders or issues with food quality


will be processed according to the Participating Restaurant's refund policy.


5. User Responsibilities


5.1 Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes


and not to engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized activities.


5.2 Users agree not to disrupt or interfere with the functioning


of the Platform or its associated systems.


6. Intellectual Property


6.1 The content and materials on the Platform, including text,


graphics, logos, and images, are owned by or licensed to BOXFOOD and are


protected by intellectual property laws.


7. Limitation of Liability


7.1 BOXFOOD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,


incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the


Platform or services provided by Participating Restaurants.


8. Governing Law and Dispute

a) Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for orders where the User has simply changed their mind.

b) Incorrect Address: If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the User, no refund will be issued.

c) Failure to Accept Delivery: If the User fails to accept the delivery at the specified address, no refund will be provided.
